Resort but perhaps you are waiting to sell your current home
or for the release of funds which will allow you to advance the
purchase, this secure option is the right one for you.
At Santa Pola Life Resort we offer a rentals program with
the option to buy, enjoy your home whilst paying a comfortable monthly
rent over one or two years.
The price of purchase will be agreed and fixed at the moment of
signing the contract, at which point an entry fee will be paid.
The entry fee and monthly rental payments will be deducted from
the purchase price when the purchase is realised. If at any time
you decide not to continue with the purchase option, the entry fee
will be refunded in its entirety.
